The BIT-HPF-4K60-104Pro 4K60 projection blender is designed for multi-channel projection blending, achieving seamless edge blending. It supports one 4K60 input and offers both HDMI and DP inputs, allowing you to freely select between them based on the input source. It also features four 2K HDMI outputs, backwards compatible with conventional resolutions, ensuring stable output of clear, smooth images. It is widely used in a variety of applications, including engineering projection displays, multi-channel 4K projection blending, exhibition halls, virtual reality, and surround-screen cinemas.

Ⅰ. Core Processing Performance: Superior Input, Powerful Output

UHD Signal Input: Supports one 4K60 (4096x2160@60Hz) UHD signal input, offering dual HDMI and DisplayPort options, with automatic HDMI priority. This ensures lossless transmission of high-bandwidth signal sources, providing the foundation for rich, detailed, pristine image quality for large-screen projection and fusion systems.

Multi-Channel Output: Capable of independent output of four 2K (2048x1080@60Hz) signals, all using HDMI. This seamlessly supports the creation of large-scale, multi-projector hybrid display systems. Compatible with a wide range of projectors and display devices, it meets the diverse layout requirements of immersive exhibition halls, command and control centers, and other scenarios.

Ⅱ. Professional Fusion and Calibration: Hardware Acceleration for Precision and Worry-Free Performance

Pure Hardware Architecture: Utilizing a pure hardware projection fusion processor architecture with no built-in operating system, it boots up instantly upon power-up, eliminating software freezes and virus issues, ensuring 24/7 continuous and stable operation, and supporting seamless switching between multiple input signals.

High-Precision Geometric Correction: Supports geometric correction and edge blending for a variety of complex projection surfaces, including flat, curved, and folded surfaces.

Ultra-Fine Grid Correction: Provides an adjustable grid with up to multiple columns and rows, allowing fine-tuning of each point for pixel-precise image warping, ensuring perfect alignment even on extremely complex projection surfaces.

Wide-Range Blending Band Adjustment: Supports horizontal and vertical edge blending, with the blending band width flexibly adjustable from 0 to 1200 pixels. Advanced feathering algorithms completely eliminate seams for a seamless visual experience.

III. Image Quality and Color Engine: Authentic Reproduction, Stunning Presentation

Professional Color Management: Full support for color gamut standards ensures highly consistent color from input to output. Built-in color matching technology uniformly adjusts color differences and brightness between multiple projectors for color uniformity across the entire screen.

Intelligent Signal Enhancement: Equipped with image line scaling and dynamic frame doubling technologies. It intelligently upscales low-resolution signals to the optimal display resolution and optimizes low-frame-rate signals, delivering smooth dynamic images and perfectly solving the problem of displaying low-quality signal sources.

Customizable EDID Management: Supports custom EDID writing, ensuring optimal compatibility with various signal source devices. Accurately obtain the required resolution and refresh rate, avoiding compatibility issues such as black screens and flickering.

Screen Roaming and Overlay: Supports customizable screen positioning, allowing input signals to be freely roamed and displayed on the integrated giant screen, flexibly presenting key information.

IV. Industrial-Grade Quality Assurance: Stable and Durable, Long-Lasting Operation

High-End Chip Solution: Utilizes imported industrial-grade main control chips, manufactured on an advanced 28nm process, resulting in low heat generation, powerful processing performance, and stable and reliable operation.

Excellent Heat Dissipation and Protection: Professional heat dissipation design and protection circuitry ensure stability even under long-term, high-load operation. Utilizing a thickened 6-layer PCB and advanced protection technology, it offers 16KV ESD protection and strong interference resistance, ensuring exceptional product stability and longevity.
