The Dec64-09 is an independently developed IPC (IP camera) decoding and splicing device designed for professional security monitoring video walls. It delivers 9-channel HDMI outputs and decodes up to 64 channels of IPC video, enabling flexible window roaming, splitting, and merging across single- or multi-screen setups through an intuitive web interface.

Equipped with a high-performance SoC, the Dec64-09 supports H.265/H.264 decoding of 64×D1@30fps or 16×1080p@30fps, Gigabit Ethernet input, and arbitrary splicing arrangements (landscape, portrait, or quadrilateral). With its fanless conduction-cooling design (12V / 26W), it offers reliable 24/7 operation in control rooms, surveillance centers, and embedded NVR applications.
