BITVISUS · Established 2009

We make the hardware that keeps video walls in frame.

BITVISUS is a Shenzhen manufacturer of FPGA video processing hardware — video wall controllers, multi-screen expanders, projection fusion and KVM. We have designed and built it ourselves since 2009.

Most Pro AV brands assemble boxes. We are the factory on the other side of the supply chain — the team that draws the schematic, routes the FPGA, places the board, writes the firmware and holds the units to a 72-hour burn-in before they leave the building. When a wall has to stay up for years, that difference is the whole job.

01 — The company

A manufacturer, not a reseller.

BITVISUS began in 2009 as a video signal-processing engineering team, and stayed an engineering company as it grew. We are vertically integrated: the same people who specify a system also build it and support it in the field.

Production runs under an ISO 9001 system, and shipped hardware carries CE, FCC and RoHS certification for the markets we sell into.

02 — Trajectory

Seventeen years, one line of work.

2009

Founded in Shenzhen

Started as a video signal-processing engineering team serving China's control-room and exhibition market.

2013

FPGA architecture

Committed to deterministic FPGA pipelines — no operating system in the video path, no dropped frames.

2018

Changsha center

Opened a dedicated R&D and production facility to scale capacity for global OEM partners.

Now

80+ countries

From Manila's Venice Grand Canal Mall to 24/7 command centers — plus fanless and KVM-over-IP lines.

03 — What we build

Six product lines, one engineering core.

Every line runs on the same in-house FPGA fabric, so a controller, an expander and a fusion unit behave identically under load.

04 — Control rooms

Built for the wall that cannot blink.

Control rooms run for years without a maintenance window. Our FPGA processing keeps dozens of feeds windowed and alarm-driven, with no operating system in the signal path to crash.

Projection that wraps a building.
05 — Immersive

Projection that wraps a building.

Our EPF series blends and warps multiple projectors into one continuous image on curved and irregular surfaces — for architectural mapping and immersive exhibition spaces, with no external PC.

Walls that stay bezel-perfect.
06 — Retail & signage

Walls that stay bezel-perfect.

Retail networks need the same image on dozens of sites, updated remotely. Our controllers handle bezel compensation and synchronized multi-store playback so a campaign looks identical everywhere.

07 — Manufacturing

Held to the worst day of the install.

Hardware that runs unattended in a control room cannot be "mostly reliable." Our quality system is built around the day something goes wrong in the field, not the day it leaves the factory.

About BITVISUS

Who is BITVISUS?+
BITVISUS (Shenzhen Bitvisus Technology Co., Ltd) is a manufacturer of FPGA video processing hardware — video wall controllers, multi-screen expanders, embedded projection fusion systems, KVM and matrix switching. The company is headquartered and manufactures in Shenzhen, with an R&D and production center in Changsha, China.
Does BITVISUS build its own hardware?+
Yes. The FPGA pipelines, circuit boards and firmware are developed in-house, production runs under an ISO 9001 quality system, and units are stress-tested before shipping. Hardware carries CE, FCC and RoHS certification.
Can BITVISUS build to a partner's specification?+
BITVISUS works with integrators and brands on OEM and ODM programs — white-label hardware, custom enclosures and firmware changes for specific projects. Scope, lead time and volume are confirmed with the engineering team per project.
Where are BITVISUS systems used?+
Systems run in control rooms, retail and corporate video walls, broadcast, exhibitions and immersive projection — including architectural projection mapping at the Venice Grand Canal Mall in Manila — across more than 80 countries.

Working with us

Send us the wall. We'll send back a spec.

Integrators don't buy boxes from us — they get a factory-side team that sizes the system and stays reachable after the order. Tell us your sources, screen count and layout.
