What is the maximum number of screens that the BIT-VJ-106Pro 8K video wall controller can support for splicing? What splicing methods are supported?
A1: BIT-VJ-106Pro supports up to 32 screen splicing (such as 4x8, 8x4, etc.), and supports any combination of 1×N, N×1, M×N, meeting different venue layout needs.
A2: Supports custom splicing resolution, the maximum output resolution can reach 7680×4320@60Hz, and also supports special-shaped splicing (such as curved, circular screens).
A3: Built-in preset multiple commonly used splicing modes (2x2, 3x3, 1x5, etc.), which can be switched with one click, and splicing schemes can also be customized and saved through software.
Can a video wall controller with 4K60 output handle multiple input signals with different resolutions at the same time?
A1: Yes. The device supports mixed input of multi-format signals, and can simultaneously process signal sources with different interfaces and resolutions (from VGA to 4K60Hz) such as HDMI, DP, DVI.
A2: Equipped with intelligent resolution conversion function, which automatically optimizes low-resolution signals to 4K output, maintains picture clarity, and can also manually adjust the scaling ratio.
A3: It supports simultaneous display of up to 16 input signals, and each signal can independently adjust brightness, contrast and color parameters to ensure consistent display effect of the entire wall.
What is the role of the "10-layer superimposition" function of the video wall controller in practical applications? What scenarios is it suitable for?
A1: The 10-layer superimposition function allows 10 different signal source images to be superimposed and displayed in the same screen area, supporting transparency adjustment and layer adjustment to achieve complex picture combinations.
A2: Suitable for command centers (such as map background + real-time data + video surveillance superimposed display), stage performances (multi-camera video superimposed special effects) and other scenarios.
A3: Supports layer locking and quick switching, can preset commonly used superimposition schemes, and can be called with one key through shortcut keys or central control system, which is easy to operate.
What is the difference between BIT-VWC-409R and BIT-VWC-406R models? Which one is more suitable for conference rooms?
A1: The main difference: BIT-VWC-409R supports 3x3 splicing (maximum 9 screens) with KVM control function; BIT-VWC-406R supports 2x3 splicing (maximum 6 screens) with higher cost performance.
A2: BIT-VWC-409R is recommended for conference rooms. Its KVM function can directly control the connected computer signal sources without additional keyboard and mouse configuration, simplifying the operation process.
A3: If the number of conference room screens is ≤6 and the budget is limited, BIT-VWC-406R fully meets the needs; if future expansion or KVM control functions are required, it is recommended to choose BIT-VWC-409R.
Does the purchase of video wall controller include installation and commissioning services? What is the warranty period?
A1: Includes on-site installation and commissioning services nationwide (24-hour response in first-tier cities, 48-hour response in second- and third-tier cities). The installers have more than 5 years of industry experience.
A2: Provides 3-year whole machine warranty (including core components) and lifetime free technical support. For quality problems during the warranty period, new machines can be replaced for free.
A3: Additionally provides an "installation + training" package, with 2 free trainings for operators (initial installation + retraining after 1 month) to ensure proficiency in mastering device functions.
How to control the video wall controller through TCP/IP network? Do you need professional knowledge?
A1: Supports three network control methods: 1. Web management interface (intuitive graphical operation); 2. Telnet command line; 3. Third-party central control protocols (such as Crestron, Savant).
A2: The Web interface does not require professional knowledge. You can perform splicing layout and signal switching operations by accessing the device IP through a browser, supporting Chinese interface and operation wizard.
A3: Provides detailed API development documents and sample codes to facilitate secondary development by IT teams, and the technical support team can provide remote assistance for debugging.
