Certified production

CE, FCC, SGS, and HDCP HDMI certifications.

Shipped hardware carries the certifications your markets require, and the engineering that earned them stays reachable after the order — so a compliance question reaches the people who designed the board.

Two ways to work together

OEM or ODM — whichever fits your program.

Both ship white-label under your brand. The difference is how much of the design you bring versus how much we lead.

OEM

Build to your specification

You define the product, the brand and often the enclosure direction. BITVISUS manufactures to your build — sourcing, SMT, assembly, test and fulfillment — so the unit leaves the factory ready to carry your name.

You provide
Specification, brand, enclosure direction
We deliver
Manufacturing, test, white-label fulfillment
Best for
Brands with a defined product & supply plan
Lead time
Shortest — build is already specified
VS
ODM

Designed on our platform

BITVISUS leads the hardware and firmware design from its own product platform, then customizes it for your market — performance, ports, enclosure and interface — so you reach market faster without building a team.

You provide
Market, use case, brand, volume
We deliver
Design, customization, manufacturing, support
Best for
Brands entering Pro AV without an R&D team
Lead time
Fast to market — platform already proven

FAQ

Common questions

What is the difference between BITVISUS OEM and ODM?+
OEM means you bring the specification, brand and often the enclosure direction — BITVISUS manufactures to your build. ODM means BITVISUS also leads the hardware and firmware design from its own product platform, then customizes it for your market. Both ship white-label under your brand.
Can BITVISUS customize both hardware and firmware?+
Yes. Customization covers functional behavior (resolution, ports, latency, control protocols), enclosure and branding, and firmware. The R&D team works in FPGA, MCU, RK and Android software, so changes reach from the schematic to the user interface.
What certifications does BITVISUS production carry?+
Production runs under a certified quality system and shipped hardware carries CE, FCC, SGS and HDCP (HDMI) compliance for the markets we sell into. Materials are authorized and units are tested before leaving the factory.
How does the OEM/ODM project process work?+
A project runs in four steps: inquiry and specification, engineering and prototype, validation and certification, then mass production and delivery. Sample units are bench-tested against your real sources before volume commitment.
What after-sales support comes with an OEM/ODM program?+
Support is always-on: a dedicated contact, prompt response, and firmware-level engineering. Programs include a product warranty, efficient repair handling, and ongoing secondary development — regular upgrades and re-customization as your product evolves.
