The core hardware element that enabled the project's success was two Bitvisus BIT-MSE-209PRO edge fusion processors. This device, acting as the "nerve center" of the entire vision system, provided stable and powerful image processing capabilities.
System Core Advantages:
Superior Splicing Capabilities: Supports simultaneous point-to-point multi-projector synchronization with up to 2 inputs and 9 outputs, easily achieving seamless image splicing of any combination of 1x7 odd-numbered screens or 9 screens, with output resolution up to 6Kx4K@60Hz.
Industrial-Grade Reliability: Utilizes a full hardware architecture and industrial-grade design, supporting continuous and stable operation 24/7, meeting the high-intensity operational needs of exhibition halls.
Low-Latency Interactive Support: Integrates a high-definition interactive sensing system with a response latency of ≤100ms, providing a smooth hardware foundation for the interactive projection system.
1. Interactive Ground Projection (5x1 Lateral Blending)
Across a 20-meter-long passageway, five laser projectors, using BIT-MSE-209PRO technology for geometric correction and edge blending, create a continuous 16-meter-wide image. As visitors enter the area, a motion capture system triggers real-time content changes:
Ripples appear underfoot, startling virtual schools of fish.
Walking paths can transform the "cobblestone path" into a "river."
In the "Prosperous Commercial Scene at the Release Bridge" section, a virtual recreation of the bustling historical market is presented, combined with directional audio to create a multi-sensory experience of "walking within a painting." This fully demonstrates the powerful storytelling capabilities of projection mapping technology.
2.Curved Wall Projection (1x5 Vertical Blending)
Facing an irregularly shaped curved wall 4.5 meters high and 22 meters wide, the system uses irregular projection correction technology to precisely fit the dynamic images onto the wall. The content is synchronized with the ground projection in real time. When visitors trigger specific scenes on the ground, the giant screen on the wall synchronously displays the corresponding 3D deconstruction animation or historical scene, realizing a dynamic narrative integrated into the video wall.
